## Examination Overview

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) is responsible for:

-   Developing and maintaining the examination content
-   Establishing eligibility criteria
-   Setting examination fees
-   Determining the passing score for the Adult Care Home Administrators

### Examination Format

-   The examination consists of 75 multiple-choice questions
-   All questions are presented in the English language

### Online Proctoring

-   The examination is administered with live online proctoring provided by Credentia
-   A proctor (an individual who supervises examinations) will monitor the entire exam session via your workstation's webcam

### Retesting Policy

-   There is no limit to the number of times a candidate may apply and take the examination
