<p>Exam Results</p><ul><li>You will receive an email notification from the Credentia Platform when your exam results have been posted to your account.</li><li>To access your exam results, log in to your Credentia Platform account.</li><li>Credentia will post your official test results within a few hours after the testing event is completed for the day.</li><li>Exam results will be available online for you to print or download.<ul><li><i>Test results will not be given over the phone.&nbsp;</i></li><li><i>Test results cannot be sent to your employer by Credentia.&nbsp;</i></li></ul></li></ul><hr><h3>Troubleshooting</h3><p>If you are unable to view your score report in the Credentia Platform after 24 hours, please contact Credentia at 888-204-6249 for assistance.</p><hr><h3>Change of Address or Name</h3><p>You are responsible for keeping your address and legal name up-to-date.</p><hr><p>&nbsp;</p>
