Score Reporting
Describes the process of score reporting for the North Carolina Adult Care Home Administrator Examination.
Exam Results
- You will receive an email notification from the Credentia Platform when a new Score Report has been posted to your account.
- To access your Score Report, log in to your Credentia Platform account.
- Credentia will post your official test results within a few hours after the testing event is completed for the day.
- Score Reports will be available online for you to print or download.
- Test results will not be given over the phone.
- Test results cannot be sent to your employer by Credentia.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to view your score report in the Credentia Platform after 24 hours, please contact Credentia at 888-204-6249 for assistance.
Change of Address or Name
You are responsible for keeping your current address and legal name up-to-date.
